As a private studio apartment you will have this home to yourself. Marcello, who is a theater director and actor, provides basic ingredients fo you to prepare your own breakfasts and meals in the kitchenette. This is a unique Paris studio with style and cosiness.

The Neighbourhood
Marcello lives just down the hill of Montmartre, this area famous for its village look, its basilica, and painters. His apartment is a open space loft apartment of 60 square meters in a building from the 1850s. It is located on the ground floor, opening on the street.
The Apartment
As Marcello is a fine connoisseur of art, he put several paintings from Montmartre artists, which gives the loft the same bohemian atmosphere as Parisian workshops from the beginning of the 20th century. The open space that Marcello puts at your disposal N° 216 is more than just a simple room but a real suite with unusual architecture and decoration.
The ‘old Paris’ style of this room, with its dark oak wooden floor, visible stones, and artistic touch of Italian and Sicilian art, give an additional charm. These mixed universes make this place a little magic, out of time, just as the frame for theatres.
The bedding
The bedding area is equipped with a double bed (new sofa which is transformed in a bed 140 cm x 190 cm), pillows with feathers or without feathers upon request, and a quilt without feathers.
The living area is equipped with a round table, a cable television with 80 channels (many english channels), a video recorder, some French and Italian movies (some of which ran by Marcello, or star Marcello himself), a CD player with some Italian music Cds. Free access to Internet is possible if you bring your laptop with you.
Shower room
The shower room is adjacent the bedroom. It is small: 3 square meters. It is equipped with a wash basin, a shower and toilet. Bath towels and bath products, among which a new soap, and a hair dryer, are at your disposal.
The Kitchen
As the offer is for an independent apartment, breakfasts will not be served. Instead on your arrival, Marcello will show you how to use the kitchen appliances so that you can prepare breakfasts by yourselves.
He will give you information on the area and will let you know where the baker is, then you can go and buy your baguette and croissants like true Parisians.
You will find at your disposal coffee, tea, milk, instant chocolate, orange juice, cereals, bread and toasts.
Ham, cheese, eggs, fresh fruits, yogurts can be also be provided for an additional cost of 10 euros per day.
The kitchen is equipped with a sink, a table and four chairs, a refrigerator, oven and stove, toaster, electric coffee-maker, kettle, dish washer, crockery and cutlery as well as first need food such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, rice, pasta... You can use the kitchen to prepare a dinner for you, but you will have to keep it clean.
